Payments & Deposits:

Daily - Payment in Full, at Time of Reservation

Weekly - Payment in Full, at Time of Reservation

Monthly - 50% Deposit Due, at Time of Reservation. 30 Days Prior to Arrival, Balance 1st Month Due.

                    Upon Arrival and Each Subsequent Month, 1 Full Month Due.
Payments & Deposits shall be made with cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover).

Refunds & Cancellations:
Daily - Refund, less $95 Admin Fee, when cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival date (by 12 Noon EST)
Weekly - Refund, less $125 Admin Fee, when cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival date (by 12 Noon EST)
Monthly - Cancel at least 90 days prior to arrival date, Refund - less 15% (of deposit) Admin Fee 
                - Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date, Refund - less 50% (of deposit) Admin Fee
                - Less Than 30 days prior to arrival, No Refund. Reservation may be changed to a future date,
                    within 1 year of original reservation date. Future reservation will be at published rates for the
                    season & may be forwarded once or forfeited.

Early Departure - If a resort stay is shortened, from the original reservation, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly).  Credit of adjusted, unused, portion of the payment (less $125 Admin Fee) will be applied to a future reservation; within one-year of the original date or be forfeited.
